Research interests

I am a PhD student in Estación Biológica de Doñana (EBD-CSIC) under the supervision of Carles Vilà.

I joined CONSEVOL on April 2015 as part of the project "A stroll with amphibians along the path of speciation: from micro to macro evolutionary processes” funded by the Spanish Government. We plan to study the origin of the diversity of Neotropical amphibians at very different spatial and temporal scales and using diverse genomic approaches.

I did my BSc in Biology at Universitat de Girona(2009-2013) and my MSc in Biodiversity at Universitat de Barcelona (2013-2014) specialising in Evolutionary Biology. In the past I have been working in the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (CSIC-UPF) in collaboration with Salvador Carranza under the project “DNA Barcoding of the Reptiles of the Socotra Archipelago”.
